The Total Decon is designed to reset your vehicle’s exterior by deeply cleaning and decontaminating every surface. This service targets bonded contaminants like iron, tar, and road film, followed by a clay bar treatment to restore smoothness. It’s finished with a high-gloss ceramic spray wax, tire shine, and trim conditioning to leave your vehicle looking fresh, clean, and protected. Includes: • Pre-Soak & Foam Wash: Prepares and cleans the vehicle with specialized solutions, providing a thorough cleanse • Bug & Tar Removal (As Needed): Targets stuck-on grime and buildup for a cleaner surface • Iron Decontamination (Paint & Wheels): Breaks down embedded iron contaminants to prevent damage and restore clarity • Hand Wash (2-Bucket Method): Safely removes remaining dirt and residue with scratch-reducing techniques • Wheels, Tires & Wheel Wells Cleaned: Detailed cleaning to restore the full appearance of each wheel and surrounding area • Clay Bar or Mitt Treatment: Removes bonded contaminants from paint to achieve a smooth, glass-like finish • Ceramic Wax Application (Paint & Trim): Adds a deep gloss and protective layer to paint and plastic trim surfaces • Tire Shine Application: Enhances the appearance and condition of the tires with a rich, black finish • Trim Conditioning: Rejuvenates and protects faded or dull plastic and rubber trim


Cancellation Policy

Total Decontamination Policy 1. Service Scope The Total Decontamination Package includes: • Pre-soak & foam wash • Bug & tar removal (as needed) • Iron decontamination (paint & wheels) • Hand wash (2-bucket method) • Wheels, tires & wheel wells cleaned • Clay bar or mitt treatment • Ceramic wax application (paint & trim) • Tire shine application • Trim conditioning Note: This package does not include paint polishing or correction. Additional services may be requested for an added cost. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements Vehicles with excessive grime, sap, tar, or buildup may require additional time or services. If extra labor or materials are needed beyond the scope of this package, the client will be informed before the service begins. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy • A $100 deposit is required to book this service • Deposit goes toward the total cost of the service • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon • Remaining balance is due upon completion • Accepted forms of payment: cash, card, and digital methods (e.g. Zelle, Venmo, etc.) 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit • Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance • In case of emergency, contact us directly to discuss options 5. Weather & Environmental Conditions If weather conditions (rain, high winds, extreme heat) make it unsafe or impractical to complete the service, we may reschedule at no extra cost to you. 6. Time Expectations Service time may vary depending on the vehicle’s size and condition. If additional time is required, the client will be informed during the process. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Clients are encouraged to inspect the vehicle at the end of the service. If any area falls short of expectations within the service scope, we will gladly perform touch-ups on the spot. 8. Liability & Customer Responsibilities • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (e.g. scratches, chips, loose trim, worn paint) • Customers should remove personal and valuable items before the service • A pre-service inspection will be conducted to note existing issues
