The Standard Detail is ideal for those seeking a basic but effective cleaning to preserve their vehicle’s appearance. This package targets the removal of everyday dust and dirt, providing a refreshed look both inside and out. It’s perfectly suited for routine maintenance or a light sprucing up of your vehicle. Includes: • Foam Wash: A deep cleaning that uses foam and specialized chemicals to lift and remove dirt. • Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning: Ensures clear visibility with streak-free windows. • Light Vacuuming: Removes surface dirt and debris from carpets and seats quickly. • Light Wipe-Down of Interior Surfaces: Lightly cleans and dusts the dashboard, center console, and door panels.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Scope The Standard Detail is a light cleaning package ideal for routine maintenance. Includes: • Foam wash • Light vacuuming • Light wipe-down of dashboard, center console, and door panels • Interior & exterior window cleaning Note: This package does not include deep stain removal, pet hair removal, waxing, or deep interior cleaning. Additional services are available upon request and may incur added costs. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements Vehicles with excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, or spills may require an upgrade or additional fees. If additional labor is needed, customers will be informed before service begins. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy • $20 deposit required (applied to total). • Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. • Remaining balance due upon completion. Cash, card, and digital payment accepted. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to retain deposit. • Cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. • Emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Weather & Environmental Conditions Service may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather without penalty. 6. Time Expectations Service time varies depending on condition. Customers will be informed if more time is needed. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Customers may inspect the vehicle after service. If any area within scope needs a touch-up, we’ll handle it. Deep stains and hard water spots are not guaranteed. 8. Liability & Customer Responsibilities A pre-service inspection will document existing damage. Remove valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items or pre-existing vehicle issues.
