This service is designed to remove embedded dirt, stains, and buildup from fabric surfaces using targeted shampooing and hot water extraction. Whether it’s for seats, carpet, or a specific row, this process restores the feel and freshness of your vehicle’s interior. Ideal for high-traffic areas, visible stains, or customers wanting a deeper clean beyond standard vacuuming. Each service includes: • Shampoo Application: Loosens dirt and preps the surface for cleaning • Steam Cleaning: Lifts grime and helps sanitize fabric • Vacuum Extraction: Flushes out embedded dirt and moisture • Finishing Neutralizer: A final treatment that helps eliminate bacteria, neutralize odors, and leave fabric fresher longer • Complimentary Car Scent: Choice of fragrance to leave your cabin smelling fresh.
Cancellation Policy
Shampoo & Extraction Policy 1. Service Scope This service focuses on deep cleaning fabric surfaces such as seats, carpeted floors, footwells, and/or floor mats. It involves shampooing, agitation, steam cleaning, vacuum extraction, and a final odor-neutralizing rinse to remove dirt, stains, and buildup from high-traffic areas. Note: This service does not include leather cleaning, mold remediation, or guaranteed removal of all stains/odors. Pet hair removal is not included unless booking a full interior extraction. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements Heavily soiled interiors, excessive staining, or buildup of debris (including pet hair) may require additional labor. If extra time, products, or services are needed, clients will be notified prior to the start of service. Pet hair removal is only included in full interior extraction services. For partial or area-specific services, it may be added for an additional fee. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy • A $20 deposit is required to secure your booking • Deposit is applied toward the total cost of service • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon • Remaining balance is due upon completion via cash, card, or accepted digital payment (Zelle, Venmo, etc.) 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance • Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis 5. Time Expectations Service duration depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected service areas. If additional time is needed, the client will be informed prior to proceeding. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim for the best possible results within the scope of the service. Some deep-set stains and odors may not fully lift, especially if untreated over time. We always strive for the highest standard and will recommend next steps when needed. 7. Liability & Customer Responsibilities • Please remove all personal items, valuables, and excess trash before your appointment • We are not responsible for lost items or pre-existing damage • A pre-service inspection will be completed to document existing conditions before starting
