Cancellation Policy
Maintenance Membership Booking – Policy, Terms & Agreement Member-Only Service This booking option is available only to active Maintenance Membership members. Each scheduled appointment uses one (1) membership detail. ⸻ Booking Window • Appointments may be booked up to 31 days in advance. • The latest an appointment may be booked is 48 hours (2 days) in advance. • Same-day and next-day bookings are not available for membership services. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. • Late cancellations, late reschedules, missed appointments, or failure to provide access may result in forfeiture of that membership detail. ⸻ Membership Usage & Transferability • Each membership includes four (4) details per month (or as stated in the selected plan). • Membership details may be transferred to another vehicle of the same category (Sedan/Coupe, Truck/SUV, or Van/3rd Row). • Membership details may not be used for a different vehicle category than the one purchased. • Unused membership details do not roll over to future months. • Multiple membership details may not be combined into a single extended appointment unless approved in advance. ⸻ Vehicle Access & Location • The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location at the scheduled appointment time. • The customer is responsible for ensuring vehicle access as arranged. • If access is not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled and the membership detail forfeited. ⸻ Vehicle Condition & Scope of Service Maintenance membership details are intended for routine upkeep, not restoration. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, heavy debris, or extreme neglect may require: • an upgrade, • an additional fee, or • rescheduling, at the discretion of Herrera Bros. Detailing. ⸻ Weather & Safety Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. ⸻ Liability Disclaimer Herrera Bros. Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn materials, or defects that may be revealed during the detailing process. ⸻ Agreement By booking a Maintenance Membership appointment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies, booking limitations, and membership usage terms listed above.
