Cancellation Policy

Interior Revival Detail Policy 1. Service Scope The Interior Revival Detail offers a deep, restorative cleaning of the entire cabin. This package is designed to address heavy buildup, stains, and odors, bringing the interior of your vehicle back to a like-new condition. Includes: Pressurized air cleaning (Tornador), deep vacuuming, shampoo & extraction for upholstery, steam cleaning, headliner spot cleaning, full interior wipe-down and conditioning, odor bomb treatment, and a complimentary car scent. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements This service is ideal for interiors in need of extensive cleaning. Vehicles with severe staining, biohazards, or mold may require additional charges or may not qualify for this service without prior inspection. Customers will be informed of any concerns before the service begins. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy • A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking (applied to the total). • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon. • Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion. • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, and digital payments. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. • Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Weather & Environmental Conditions If service cannot be performed due to extreme heat, rain, or unsafe working conditions, appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost. 6. Time Expectations This service is detail-oriented and time-intensive. Customers will be informed of the estimated time at booking, and notified if additional time is required. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We encourage customers to inspect their vehicle at the time of completion. If any area within the service scope needs additional attention, we will perform a touch-up immediately. Note: Stain and odor removal results may vary depending on severity and material condition. 8. Liability & Customer Responsibilities • Customers must remove all personal and valuable items before the appointment. • Herrera Bros. Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings or pre-existing damage. • A pre-inspection will be performed to document any existing interior issues.
