Service Description
The Interior Refresh is ideal for vehicles that need more than just a quick wipe-down but don’t require a full interior restoration. This service provides a thorough cleaning of high-traffic areas, making it perfect for routine maintenance or in-between deep cleanings. Includes: • Pressurized Air Cleaning (Tornador): Uses high-pressure air to remove dirt and debris from vents, seams, and tight spaces. • Deep Interior Vacuuming: Comprehensive cleaning of seats, carpets, and floor mats. • Full Interior Wipe-Down and Conditioning: Cleans and restores surfaces including leather, vinyl, and plastics. • Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning: Ensures clear visibility with a streak-free finish. • Door Jambs Cleaned and Wiped Down: Removes dirt from entry points for a clean finish. • Complimentary Car Scent: Choice of fragrance to leave your cabin smelling fresh.
Cancellation Policy
Interior Refresh Detail Policy 1. Service Scope The Interior Refresh Detail provides a thorough interior refresh focused on cleanliness, comfort, and regular maintenance. Includes: Pressurized air cleaning (Tornador), deep vacuuming, full interior wipe-down and conditioning, interior and exterior window cleaning, door jambs cleaned, and a complimentary car scent. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements This service is intended for vehicles in average condition. If the interior has excessive pet hair, stains, spills, or heavy buildup, an upgrade to a more intensive package (such as the Interior Revival Detail) may be required. Customers will be notified before service begins if additional labor or charges apply. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking (applied to the total). • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon. • The remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. • No-shows or late cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. • Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5. Weather & Environmental Conditions If weather or location conditions prevent service from being completed safely or effectively, your appointment may be rescheduled at no extra cost. 6. Time Expectations Time may vary depending on the vehicle’s size and condition. Customers will be informed if additional time is needed. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle at the time of completion. If anything within the service scope is missed, we will gladly perform a touch-up on the spot. Note: This package does not guarantee removal of stains, odors, or embedded grime. 8. Liability & Customer Responsibilities • Customers are responsible for removing all valuables and personal items prior to the service. • Herrera Bros. Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings or pre-existing interior damage. • A brief pre-inspection may be conducted prior to service.
