This service focuses on the removal of surface dirt, light grime, and road buildup while adding a layer of protection to help preserve the vehicle’s finish. Includes: • Pre-Soak & Foam Wash: Prepares and cleans the vehicle with specialized solutions, providing a thorough cleanse. • Wheels and Tires Cleaned: Detailed cleaning to restore the wheels and tires. • Ceramic Wax Application: Adds superior shine and protection against fading and contamination. • Interior and Exterior Windows Cleaned: Ensures a streak-free finish. • Tire Shine and Exterior Trim Dressing: Restores and enhances the vehicle’s exterior appeal.
Cancellation Policy
Exterior Refresh Detail Policy 1. Service Scope The Exterior Refresh Detail is a routine maintenance service designed to clean, enhance, and protect your vehicle’s exterior. Includes: Pre-soak & foam wash, wheels and tires cleaned, ceramic wax application, interior and exterior window cleaning, tire shine, and exterior trim dressing. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements This service is intended for vehicles in average condition. Vehicles with excessive mud, sap, tar, oxidation, or heavily neglected exteriors may require an upgrade or additional services. Customers will be notified prior to service if adjustments are needed. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking (applied to the total). • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon. • Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to retain the deposit. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Weather & Environmental Conditions If the weather or work conditions prevent the service from being safely or effectively completed, appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge. 6. Time Expectations Time may vary depending on the vehicle’s size and condition. Customers will be notified if more time is needed. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We encourage customers to inspect the vehicle upon completion. If any area within the service scope requires attention, we will gladly perform a touch-up on the spot. Note: This package does not include paint correction, scratch removal, or decontamination services. 8. Liability & Customer Responsibilities • Customers should remove any personal belongings or fragile exterior attachments (such as removable roof racks) before the service. • Herrera Bros. Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left on the exterior of the vehicle. • A brief pre-service inspection may be performed to assess the vehicle’s current condition.
